ご挨拶
トロント新潟県人会は、1980年代に戦後の移住者によって設立されました。
その目的は、会員相互のの交流、ルーツである新潟の歴史と文化を次世代の日系カナダ人に伝えること、そして豊かな新潟の文化をカナダの方々に広く知ってもらうことです。
また、イベント等で新潟県の観光物産ＰＲの窓口としても活発に活動しています。
カナダとのつながりを希望する自治体や企業がいらっしゃいましたら

The Niigata Prefectural Association in Toronto was founded in the 1980s by post-war immigrants.
The purpose of the association is to promote friendship among its members, to pass on the history and culture of Niigata to the next generation of Japanese Canadians, and to make the rich culture of Niigata widely known to Canadians.
We are also active as liaison to promote Niigata Prefecture's Tourism and Product PR at events, etc. Please contact us if any local government or company would like to connect with us in Canada.
